The fifth edition of the music and city festival Station Narva will take place in the historical space of Kreenholm quarter on 9 – 11 September. Early Bird festival passes are now on sale at Piletilevi.

On September 9 and 10, two historic buildings – the Narva Art Residency (NART) and the Kreenholm Management Building – and the courtyard between them, will turn into the united Station Narva festival club.

The festival will feature the line-up of international and Estonian artists, including the beloved musicians from Narva and Ida-Viru County. The headliners will be announced at the end of July.

Free daytime concerts and presentations of NART’s summer projects will also take place in the Kreenholm quarter and Gerasimov Park. The festival also invites explore the unique Kulgu area, known as Narva “Venice” and to take part in the Business Day in the multimedia centre OBJEKT, BAZAR public discussions and the traditional Narva-style breakfast.

The first 50 festival passes at the Early Bird price of 25 euros are now on sale in Piletilevi. Thereafter the pass will cost 35 euros.

The festival pass is valid for all concerts on 9 and 10 September. Day tickets go on sale with the full music line-up announcement.

Station Narva is supported by the city of Narva, the Ministry of Culture, the Integration Foundation, the Cultural Endowment of Estonia and Fortaco.

Station Narva is organised by Shiftworks in cooperation with the Narva team. Partners are Narva Art Residency (NART), Narva Gate, Art Club Ro-Ro, OBJEKT multimedia centre, and BAZAR Discussion Day.

About the Station Narva 2022 venues:

Narva Art Residency is located in the Kreenholm area in the historicist style villa, built in the 19th century for the technical director of Kreenholm.

The Kreenholm administration building, known for its neo-gothic and renaissance elements, was built at the beginning of the 20th century. It was one of the first buildings with central heating in Estonia.

In close proximity, stands the grand Kreenholm Manufacture which was built in the 19th century and was the largest textile factory in the Russian Empire. A complex of industrial architecture developed around the factory, including the factory, a hospital, workers’ barracks, directors’ houses, and Kreenholm Park.

On Tuesday, 28 June, the city of Narva recognised both the Station Narva team and the Head of the festival Helen Sildna with the Narva Culture Maker 2022 award in the field of audiovisual art.
